What is SEW?

SEW stands for the Secret to Everyday Wellbeing. We make it easier to find balance in an imbalanced world. People feel lost, and life is tumultuous, why not give yourself some well-deserved peace and stability?

The SEW Balance Method teaches you about the universal factors for wellbeing that are actually within your control; and takes the guesswork out of making lasting improvements to your life.

It’s rooted in the latest advancements in neuroscience and positive psychology principles. The SEW Balance Method is designed to be highly accessible through our mobile app so you can take our course from your phone, tablet, or computer.

Mission Statement

We shift the paradigm on mental health by focusing on the ‘whole’ person, not just their symptoms and diagnosis.

SEW Balance provides tools for finding balanced wellbeing and we do so with innovative technology solutions.

Meet Lepa

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and my practice is based on the premise that what we think directly affects what we feel, which in turn affects how we act. I developed the SEW Balance Method during decades of work helping clients achieve better balance and joy in their lives. But in my day-to-day clinic, I could only help one person at a time and I knew this method could help improve the lives of so many more. That’s why I created the SEW Balance Method online course and mobile app – with the assessment, guidebook, and roadmap – to share this life-changing program.

My career journey gave me experience with all kinds of clients - including children, teens, adults and families. I’ve also worked in various clinical settings - including inpatient, residential, outpatient, community, day treatment programs, and schools.

All of this helped me develop and refine the SEW Balance Method. I’ve used the method time and time again with clients of all backgrounds and it works.
